Shipping Locations

We offer shipping throughout Puerto Rico and the United States via USPS.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Processing times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times during regular seasons are:

Puerto Rico: 2–3 business days

United States: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including the correct address. Liakina’s is not responsible for packages that cannot be returned to the sender due to incorrect shipping information.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to the sender (Liakina’s) due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again and providing the correct address so the order can be reshipped.

Lost Packages

If all shipping information was provided correctly but the package is lost by USPS, the customer must complete the lost package claim directly with the shipping carrier. In some cases, carriers may mark packages as delivered even though they are delivered the following day.

Additional Assistance

If you require any additional information regarding your shipment to file a claim, please contact us and we will gladly assist you. However, Liakina’s does not issue refunds or store credit for packages lost in transit, as this is a matter outside of our control.
