Inspection of Merchandise
All merchandise is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. For this reason, we do not accept returns and refunds are not issued.
Incorrect Item Selection or Size
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items selected incorrectly or for sizing errors. If you have any questions about our products before purchasing, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect item due to an error, you may be eligible to receive store credit only.
Claim Period
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
Proof of Issue
To process a claim, customers must provide clear evidence of the issue, such as photos or videos, by emailing liakinas.pr@gmail.com.
Review Process
Once your claim is submitted, management will review the request. If the claim is approved, you will receive an authorization number along with the corresponding store credit amount.
